I found this quiz in the NZ Herald this morning, and am pleased (relieved?) to say that I got all 10 questions correct.

I do have to say though, that a couple of the questions I would have not known the answer to before I became a teacher of English as a second language. 

I have always had a bit of a leaning towards languages, English especially of course, as it's kind of my thing. I was also raised in a household that was involved in running a newspaper, so there's that too.
